Originally established over 104 years ago this church has served as a beacon of hope for the community. In 2002 Pastors Eddie and Roxanne Vargas arrived to lead a new church in Redondo Beach. A few years later Pastor Eddie took on the leadership of Lawndale Christian Church. In 2008 a significant event occurred Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship and Lawndale Christian Church merged becoming one vibrant congregation. This merger marked a time of spiritual renewal and explosive growth for the church. The church thrived under the Vargases leadership experiencing a wave of revival. This period saw an impressive increase in membership and community outreach. The name changed reflecting this new chapter. In November 2012 Pastor Eddie Vargas feeling divinely guided renamed Lawndale Christian Church to Restoration Life Church. A celebratory service marked this significant transformation in December 2012. Today Restoration Life Church continues its mission. It serves not only the South Bay area but also extends its reach across the United States and internationally. The church’s vision remains clear. It aims to reach people with the love and gospel of Jesus Christ.
