The Rèsidence Orsay’s construction dates back to around 1967 for building A. Building B-C was constructed around 1969. The Rèsidence d’Orsay showcases the Modern Movement architectural style. Building A has five levels. Its total height is estimated at 19 meters. The roof height is about 18 meters. Building B-C has eleven levels with a total estimated height of 34 meters and a roof height of approximately 32 meters. Both buildings share a land area of 20,719 square meters.
Originally, the Rèsidence Orsay was envisioned as a symbol of elegance and innovative design. It aimed to set a new standard for upscale residences. Over time the residence underwent an ambitious energy rehabilitation. The goal was to revitalize the buildings. The focus was on energy efficiency while preserving its architectural heritage.
