The church’s story is one of vision and determination. Pastor Jeff Williams and his wife Debby have ministered in the South Island for almost thirty years. They have helped plant Baptist churches in several locations. These locations include Dunedin, Blenheim, Reefton and Timaru. In 1992, Pastor Jeff founded the New Zealand Correspondence School of the Bible. In 2000 he founded the Blenheim Bible Institute. This institute trains pastors and missionaries.
