Normal operating hours are Monday to Friday. They run from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. On Fridays, there is a lunch break. This lasts from 12.15 pm to 2.45 pm. The office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Public and state holidays also see the office closed.

The PTPTN Office KL Sentral Branch is now closed. It closed on January 24, 2024. This is to allow relocation. A temporary counter operates on the Ground Floor of Menara PTPTN. It is in Block D Megan Avenue II. The address is No. 12, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.
