The main flyover, a two-lane marvel, stretches 408 meters long and 15.8 meters wide, connecting Russian Federation Boulevard to National Road 3. Two smaller, one-way overpasses branch off, guiding traffic from Russian Federation Blvd to Veng Sreng Street and from Veng Sreng Street to National Road 3.
