From a south-facing balcony on this gallery, a late Gothic pointed arch portal allows access to the upper level of the tower. On the south side of the fourth bay, you’ll find a late Gothic rounded, chamfered portal leading to the sacristy. The church also features a Baroque north aisle, added in 1735. Look for the inscription above the rounded arched portal marking the year of its construction. The Pfarrkirche Puch bei Hallein wasn’t always a parish church. It served the community for centuries before officially becoming a parish church in 1930. The church underwent restoration work in 1966-1967, ensuring its preservation for generations to come.
