Perspektive 21, meaning “Perspective 21,” aims to be relevant to both God and people in the modern era. Every Sunday at 10:30 am, the church doors swing open, inviting worshippers to join the service. You can experience it in person at Jägerweg 12 or connect online for a live stream. Perspektive 21 understands the demands of modern life and offers accessibility through technology. Past services are also available online, ensuring that connection remains uninterrupted.
Led by Ralf and Conny Preuß since 2005, Perspektive 21 thrives under their guidance. Ralf, involved with the church since 1990, shares leadership with his wife Conny. They have five children and a shared passion for bringing hope and perspective to people’s lives. Ralf’s vision extends beyond the walls of Perspektive 21. He dreams of a united Christian community, working together across generations. His professional background as a manager in an international company brings a unique perspective to his leadership.
Another key leadership couple, Mattias and Sandra Renard, joined the team in 2014. Mattias, originally from Belgium, brings his experience in orthopedagogy and ministry from the United States. Sandra, a Flensburg native, met Mattias during their time in the US. Together they pursued further training in pastoral ministry, music, and prayer in Kansas City. Their combined experiences enrich the fabric of Perspektive 21. They share a deep desire to experience God’s presence in everyday life and inspire others to do the same.
Perspektive 21’s foundation rests firmly on the teachings of the Bible. The church identifies with the Apostles’ Creed, a widely accepted statement of Christian belief. This creed affirms belief in God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the church, forgiveness, resurrection, and eternal life. Perspektive 21 is more than just a Sunday service. It’s a community, a place of connection, and a testament to the enduring power of faith.
