Peñasquitos Lutheran Church offers two distinct worship styles. You can choose the one that resonates most with you. The 9 am Contemporary service is family-friendly and casual. It has the feeling of a celebration. A band leads the service playing current worship songs. Children are always welcome. Nursery care and a parents’ room are available. Sunday School is provided for children. Communion is typically celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.
The 10:45 am Heritage Worship service connects to deep Christian roots. It uses historic liturgies and hymns. These traditions have been used in continuity through the centuries. This service features the organ. Communion is celebrated each week.
Kids are always welcome at Peñasquitos Lutheran Church. Sunday School engages preschool and elementary school-aged children. It provides an age-appropriate study of the Bible. They learn about God’s love for us.
For the youngest attendees, a Parents’ Room is available. It is located in the back of the Sanctuary. The Nursery is open from 8:50-11:00 am each Sunday for toddlers.

For high school students, Identity Youth meet every Wednesday at 7:00 pm. They enjoy games, worship, and fellowship. Identity Youth desires for youth to be connected to Jesus and to one another.
