In 2019, Malton sold 49% of the then still-under-construction mall to them for a whopping RM 1.3 billion. This was a strategic move to secure funding for the project’s completion. Later, in November 2022, Pavilion REIT acquired the mall from Regal Path Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malton, for RM 2.2 billion.
Pavilion Bukit Jalil boasts a massive 1,800,000 square feet of retail floor area. It houses a wide range of stores, including two anchor tenants.
