On February 6 1968 a new chapter began. The Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Aluche opened its doors. It stood proudly at Calle Camarena 149. Archbishop Casimiro Morcillo officially established the parish.

Father Antonio Gómez served as the parish priest since 1968. Many other Scolopian Fathers helped with pastoral duties.
