Thirty hectares of green tranquility. That’s Parc Bernard-Landry. Welcome to this haven. Formerly known as Parc des Prairies this park was renamed in May 2019. It honors Bernard Landry a former Quebec Premier. He was the only Quebec Premier to have also been an MNA from Laval.

The park’s transformation is a story itself. A testament to a man’s legacy. It showcases his dedication. He was a man of conviction a major politician and an excellent teacher. His influence shaped Quebec’s political landscape.

More than just a name change Parc Bernard-Landry offers a wealth of activities. Five kilometers of trails wind through its landscape. These paths are perfect for strollers bikes and joggers. TrekFit stations provide workout opportunities. Two playgrounds cater to children of all ages.

Winter transforms the park into a winter wonderland. Sledding outdoor skating and cross-country skiing are popular activities. The chalet even offers free snowshoes skates hockey sticks and magic carpets. Limited quantities of course.
