In 2012, the studio changed hands again. It was rebranded as 17 Hertz Studio. In 2023, One On One Recording reopened. It returned to its original business model. It once again became a commercial recording studio.
Many famous musicians have worked here. These include Etta James, Cher and Eddie Van Halen. Mötley Crüe, Poison and Donna Summer also recorded here. Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart and Ozzy Osbourne all have ties to this studio. Alice in Chains, Aretha Franklin and Bruce Springsteen have also graced its halls.
