Initially finding the underpass from the station wasn’t easy. Signage was lacking. This is understandable. One Bangkok was only recently opened. I expect clearer signs will be added soon. The underpass itself feels like a Tokyo-style underground plaza. It’s clean and modern. It’s a pleasant experience.
The underpass isn’t just functional. It also connects to the basement level of One Bangkok. This is where you’ll find more affordable food options. There are cafes and convenience stores. It’s a lively area. It has a different feel from the luxury shops above.
One Bangkok plans to integrate with the proposed Light Blue Line. This would further improve connections. This light rail line would run along Wireless Road. It would connect to the Airport Rail Link. However this project is currently on hold.
