North Hall offers several advantages. Its prime location on Massachusetts Avenue means easy access to the MBTA bus line. This makes getting around the city simple for residents. Plus, every bedroom boasts a private bathroom. Privacy is a significant perk here.
Consider the variety of room types within North Hall. Small singles offer cozy spaces around 175-198 square feet. Standard singles provide more room at 210-249 square feet. Large singles offer a spacious 250-325 square feet. There are even a couple of two-bedroom suites with semi-private bathrooms, for those seeking a more communal living arrangement.
Think about the furnishings provided. Each room is equipped with essentials. There is a desk and rolling desk chair for studying. Wall bookshelves provide ample storage. A dresser and closet keep belongings organized. Standard and large rooms include a round table and chair.
Now, let’s talk about the amenities. Communal kitchens are located on floors one through five. These kitchens are fully equipped. Refrigerators, electric stoves, microwave ovens, toasters, and water filtration units are available for all residents. You will also find pots, pans, cooking utensils, measuring cups, cutting boards, and oven mitts. North Hall makes cooking and food preparation easy and accessible.
