Northeast Houston Baptist Church is located on 30 acres. It’s just south of the Kingwood area on West Lake Houston Parkway. The church is a fairly new campus. It was developed in 2002. It started as a mission church from Forest Cove Baptist.

Under the leadership of Nathan Leno, the church was growing fast. It was necessary to re-look at a master plan. It needed to fit the ministries and philosophy of the congregation. A master plan was developed in late 2006. Soon after the phase 1 component was designed. The long term master plan includes a worship center. It will seat 2500 to 3000 people. It also includes a comprehensive child’s ministry building. Adult education will be included too. To accommodate the growth until the large worship center is built, the leadership settled on a program. This program will double the capacity of the current worship center.

North East Community Church is more than just a building. It is a vibrant community. It is a place of worship. It is a place where people come together. They follow Christ. They serve their community. They spread the love of Jesus. They change the world.
