Nh\u00e0 th\u1edd Gi\u00e1o x\u1ee9 Ph\u00fac H\u1ea3i started as a simple wooden and tôn structure. In 1955 Father Gioakim Nguy\u1ec5n H\u1eefu Ph\u00fac established the \u0110\u00f4ng H\u00f2a religious camp in B\u00ecnh Tr\u01b0\u1edbc commune. He and his parishioners erected a modest house of worship to serve as a place for Mass and prayer.
The religious camp was elevated to a parish in 1956 and named Gi\u00e1o x\u1ee9 Ph\u00fac H\u1ea3i. Over the years the community constructed a church in 1961 and a rectory in 1962. In 1990 the congregation initiated the construction of a sturdier church using durable materials and statues. This reflected the community’s growth and commitment.
In 2006 Nh\u00e0 th\u1edd Gi\u00e1o x\u1ee9 Ph\u00fac H\u1ea3i celebrated its 50th anniversary. To mark this milestone the parish built the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel and renovated the bell tower. Further renovations to the church were undertaken in 2011 to maintain and improve the structure.
Today Nh\u00e0 th\u1edd Gi\u00e1o x\u1ee9 Ph\u00fac H\u1ea3i boasts impressive facilities. The church covers an area of 1.137 square meters. There is a 341 square meter pastoral house and a 30 square meter ossuary. The grounds also include two storage houses each 50 square meters. Statues of Our Lady and Saint Joseph occupy 69 and 78 square meters respectively. The rectory has a total area of 5.146 square meters. Two bell towers each rise to a height of 35 meters.
Several priests have served at Nh\u00e0 th\u1edd Gi\u00e1o x\u1ee9 Ph\u00fac H\u1ea3i. Father Rôcô \u0110inh H\u1eefu Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng took care of the parish in 1986. He and the community began building a solid church with stone in 1990. Father Vincentê Ngô V\u0103n T\u1ea5t managed the parish from 2001. He built a pastoral house in 2004 to meet the increasing needs of the ministry. Father Giuse V\u0169 \u0110\u1ee9c Hi\u1ec7p assisted in the parish from 2006. Father \u0110aminh Nguy\u1ec5n Th\u00e0nh Ti\u1ebfn replaced Father Giuse in 2010.
