Here, they began building a new life and established a church dedicated to their beliefs. The church’s original structure, a simple building measuring 10m x 40m, served as a cornerstone for a growing community.
In 1981, Father Giuse Phạm Văn Quy took charge of the church. Under his guidance, Nhà thờ Giáo xứ Phú Tạo expanded, embodying the spirit of faith and progress. A new church, designed with architectural artistry, rose in 2001, and a school soon followed. With each passing year, the church witnessed the dedication and perseverance of its community. The church has been a constant source of comfort for its parishioners, especially during times of hardship.
