The Nh\u00e0 l\u01b0u ni\u1ec7m \u0110\u1ea1i t\u01b0\u1edbng V\u0103n Ti\u1ebfn D\u0169ng was inaugurated on March 20 2024. The house exists due to the 10th anniversary of B\u1eafc T\u1eeb Li\u00eam district. High-ranking officials attended the ceremony. L\u00ea Huy V\u1ecbnh and Ph\u1ea1m Qu\u00fd Ti\u00ean were present. Family members of General V\u0103n Ti\u1ebfn D\u0169ng also attended.
The house construction began December 22 2022. It opened October 16 2023. The project cost 12.5 billion VND. The Nh\u00e0 l\u01b0u ni\u1ec7m \u0110\u1ea1i t\u01b0\u1edbng V\u0103n Ti\u1ebfn D\u0169ng covers 300 square meters. The courtyard occupies 105 square meters. Green spaces fill 45 square meters. The main house spans about 50 square meters. Auxiliary structures and internal roads complete the area. A 135-square-meter basement includes an exhibition space and a cinema.
