“A cemetery, a place of rest,” you might think, “but what stories does it hold?”. Here at the Nghĩa trang Giáo xứ Phú Tảo, each stone whispers a tale. Established in 1954, this cemetery holds the memories of the Phú Tảo parish. Father Đaminh Phạm Bá Linh arrived here with 246 parishioners. Can you imagine, seeking a new beginning just 7 kilometers from the bustling Biên Hòa? They built a simple church, 10 by 40 meters, a beacon of faith in uncertain times. Over the years, the Nghĩa trang Giáo xứ Phú Tảo, like the community it serves, grew. The church we see today, a testament to their enduring faith, stands as a symbol of their journey. Each grave marker, etched with names and dates, speaks of lives lived within the embrace of the Phú Tảo parish. The cemetery stands as a chronicle of their faith, a testament to the enduring spirit of the Phú Tảo community.
