“Moved to Delhi in 1987.” That’s the year when the story of New Life Church in Delhi truly began. New Life Church started with a vision to establish a strong local church. It aimed to develop a mission base. This base would facilitate church planting in North India’s cities, towns, villages, and tribal regions.
The roots of New Life Church trace back to Mumbai in 1964. The New Life Fellowship Association was registered in 1975. Pastor S. Joseph, the founding Chairman, had a vision in 1980. It was a vision for Mumbai, India, and the world. This vision propelled New Life’s growth.
Victor Nazareth was saved in 1980. He returned to India in 1984. He carried a burden for his home country. In 1986, Victor married Esther, daughter of Pastor S. Joseph. Together, they answered God’s call. They moved to Delhi in 1987 and started the New Life Church.
Today, New Life Church in the Gurgaon NCR is a network of churches. It has many congregations in and around the capital. Victor and Esther Nazareth have dedicated their lives to sharing the good news. They have planted over 30 churches. Their mission is to share God’s love. They enable many to enter a new life in Jesus Christ.
New Life Church is more than a building. It is a family. People from different backgrounds unite with a common desire. They seek to connect people to God. This connection is through faith in Jesus Christ. New Life Church is led by Pastors Victor and Esther Nazareth.
Worship services at New Life Church are held in both Hindi and English. New Life Church believes in the power of community. Life Groups are considered the real church. God can do amazing things. This happens when people surround themselves with fellow believers.
Giving is an important part of worship at New Life Church. Members give cheerfully to God. They honor God with everything they have.
The New Life Fellowship Association began with missionaries from New Zealand. They came to India in 1964. They established New Life Centre in Pune and NLFA in Mumbai.
