The Lord has blessed us. That’s what Pastor Mullen always says. And standing here before New Life Christian Chapel I understand completely.
This unassuming building in San Diego houses a vibrant community. It’s a story of faith perseverance and growth. New Life Christian Chapel wasn’t always here on Saipan Drive.
The church began as Giving And Living For Others Ministries. It was founded by the late Apostle Annie B Campbell-Pitre. She laid the groundwork a foundation of love trust and gospel truth. Sadly she passed away in 2015.
Her legacy lives on though. Pastor Mullen and his wife Cassandra took the reins. They expanded the church’s mission. They focused on winning souls for Jesus Christ.
The small ministry thrived. It outgrew its original location on Alpha Street. Then in January 2016 a miracle happened. New Life Christian Chapel opened its doors at its current location. It is in the Paradise Hills area.
More than just a place of worship New Life Christian Chapel is a family. It’s a place where young people share their talents. It’s a place where adults support each other. The men’s and women’s ministries are especially active. They bless the entire congregation. They mentor the younger generations.
They are always looking for ways to grow and serve. They are thankful for God’s grace. They give God all the glory.
This is just a glimpse of the heart of New Life Christian Chapel. I invite you to explore its warmth and spirit. Perhaps you’ll find a new life here too.
