“Did someone say ‘connections’?” a student chuckled, rushing by with a stack of books. “This place is a hub for sure!” The New Connections Building here at Georgia State University truly lives up to its name. It’s not just a building. It’s a dynamic space where minds meet, ideas spark, and collaborations flourish. Opened in 2010, this modern structure, with its sleek glass facade and inviting open spaces, stands as a testament to the university’s commitment to fostering connections. It houses some of the university’s most innovative programs, bringing together students and faculty from diverse disciplines. Inside, you’ll find state-of-the-art classrooms, cutting-edge research labs, and collaborative workspaces designed to encourage interaction and the exchange of knowledge. The New Connections Building also serves as a bridge, literally and figuratively, connecting different parts of the campus. Its design seamlessly blends with the surrounding buildings, creating a cohesive and vibrant campus environment.
