Mushallah Nurul Falah’s story began in November 2022. A simple idea sparked among the residents. They dreamt of a place where they could gather, pray, and connect with their faith. The journey from dream to reality wasn’t easy. It required navigating paperwork, securing permits, and gathering resources. But the community’s dedication remained unwavering. Months turned into half a year, and by May 2023, all the necessary approvals were in place. The groundbreaking ceremony, a momentous occasion for Mushallah Nurul Falah, took place on May 28, 2023. Batam’s Vice Mayor, Amsakar Achmad, laid the first stone, signifying the beginning of construction. He commended the community’s collaborative spirit. He emphasized the importance of spiritual intelligence alongside intellectual and emotional growth. He envisioned Mushallah Nurul Falah not merely as a building, but as a vibrant hub for worship and education. He hoped to see it bustling with activity, fostering a sense of belonging and nurturing young minds in the teachings of Islam. The community shared this vision. Muhammad Azmi, chairman of the Mushallah Nurul Falah construction committee, echoed the sentiment. He expressed his hope that Mushallah Nurul Falah would become a comfortable haven for worshippers. It is a place where the community can find solace, strengthen their faith, and forge connections that enrich their lives.
