The Mukarami Coffee team devoted seven months at their Seksyen 13 Shah Alam outlet. This was right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Here they honed their unique drink recipes. They also diversified their hot snack offerings. These ranged from waffles and pastries to a varied menu. It included customizable pastas burgers and the timeless Nasi Lemak Sambal Kaw.
Their dessert drinks became an instant hit. Dark Chocolate Nutella led the pack. It was followed by Chocolate Chips Lava Blue Ocean Soda and Strawberry Milk. All these drinks could be served chilled blended or enjoyed as a slurpee. They could be turned into a milky yogurt with the sugar level adjusted to your taste. Or they could be made more decadent with seven types of flavored syrup and thirteen choices of toppings or extras.
In January 2023 Mukarami Coffee earned Halal certification. This is a mark of their commitment to quality and authenticity. Mukarami Coffee bagged the esteemed Muslim Entrepreneur Award at the World Muslimpreneur Gala in the same month.
