Fifty years ago Pastor Jim Folkers had a vision. He envisioned a church in the Saddleback Valley. Mission Hills Church was born from his prayers and tireless work. He spent months knocking on doors inviting families to join this new community.

Mission Hills Church held its first service in October 1970. For two years services were held in various schools. The church eventually moved into its current building on Alicia Parkway. This was a significant milestone marking a period of growth and establishment for Mission Hills Church.
