The construction team was diverse. It included community members. They lived in Perum Koperasi Sekawan and Griya KPN. Ahmadi Tamtama Sinaga led as Ketua Umum. Totok Arianto served as Wakil Ketua. Imam Muslim and Husliman Efendi took on secretarial duties. Nasrulloh managed the finances.
M. Hayani coordinated construction. Ir. Indra Helmi, MTP, and others joined. They worked tirelessly. They brought expertise and dedication.
