“Lost your hotel reservation? Don’t worry.” That’s how many guests begin their stay at the Lodge at Brandeis. This unassuming building, nestled on the Brandeis campus, isn’t your typical hotel. The Lodge at Brandeis offers a unique lodging experience right in the heart of the university. It’s conveniently located between the Shapiro Campus Center and the Hassenfeld Conference Center. The Lodge at Brandeis caters primarily to the Brandeis community. Alumni, parents, visiting professors, and other university affiliates can book rooms year-round. It offers a more affordable alternative to nearby hotels. The Lodge at Brandeis has a simple elegance. Eight rooms are available: six standard rooms and two suites. Each standard room offers the essentials: a private bathroom, complimentary toiletries, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a microwave, a work desk, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and an alarm clock. Need more space? The suites at the Lodge at Brandeis can accommodate up to four guests. They feature a separate room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and a kitchenette. This kitchenette includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and sink. All the standard amenities are also included in the suites. One thing to note about the Lodge at Brandeis is its operational style. There’s no traditional front desk or on-site staff after hours. For assistance during business hours, you can reach University Events. For emergencies, Public Safety is available 24/7. While the Lodge at Brandeis offers complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board, a few things aren’t provided. On-site laundry and luggage storage are currently unavailable. So, if you’re planning a visit to Brandeis University, consider the Lodge. It’s a convenient, affordable, and unique place to stay.
