One of the most exciting things you can see at the museum is an innovation developed by Assist. Prof. Dr. Jittra Piapukiew. He has studied mycorrhizal fungi, which are amazing, tiny, underground fungi that grow on plant roots. He discovered that these fungi can help seedlings grow much faster and stronger. This is especially important in Thailand, with its unpredictable climate. This exciting research is a great example of how the Living Plant Museum is finding solutions to climate change.
