“L’incontro is a sculpture by Ralf Heimann in Münster, Germany. The marble sculpture is 7 meters high and depicts two people embracing. One stands on the shoulders of the other, with their hands clasped. The sculpture is located in the city’s sculpture park. The artist intends to convey the message that even the most diverse individuals have the power to embrace and support each other. It was part of the ‘Skulptur Projekte Münster’ exhibition in 1987.
