Governance rests with a nine-member Board of Directors. Six directors are elected by the Lincoln Community School Parent Association. They serve two-year terms. The U.S. Ambassador appoints the remaining three directors.
In the academic year 2022-2023, the student population totaled 629. They represented 60 countries. The school was established in 1968.
