In the Canadian federal election of 2021 Mario Beaulieu won. He represented the Bloc Québécois. He received 23835 votes which was 46.66 percent of the total. Jonas Fadeu of the Liberal Party came in second. He got 16508 votes or 32.32 percent.
Alexandre Vallerand of the NDP secured 4954 votes. This was 9.7 percent. Massimo Anania from the Conservative Party got 3427 votes. This was 6.71 percent. Jonathan Desclin of the People’s Party received 1399 votes. This was 2.74 percent.
