The area has a rich history beyond its physical transformation. It’s been a stage for Zimbabwean politics. Kuwadzana has consistently played a crucial role in national elections. The results of elections in 2000 2003 2013 and 2022 show the area’s influence in Zimbabwean politics. The contests for parliamentary seats involved numerous parties and candidates. The numbers of votes show dramatic differences in support. The results reveal the ever-shifting political landscape.
