The Korea University Museum, often called The University Museum, was established in 1934, making it the first university museum in Korea. It resides in the Centennial Memorial Samsung Hall, a true landmark on the university campus. The museum boasts a collection of nearly 100,000 items. This collection includes National Treasures like the Honcheonsigye, a unique astronomical clock. Imagine a 17th-century celestial globe clock, capable of measuring precise time by tracking the movements of the universe. It’s the only one of its kind from the Joseon Dynasty.
