Khirkee Collective is a co-working space specifically designed for performers. It’s located in South Delhi. This space nurtures a unique blend of creativity and collaboration. Think choreographers, theatre makers, dancers, and musicians. Even filmmakers and light designers find a home here. The Khirkee Collective isn’t just about providing a space. Now, here’s a unique aspect of Khirkee Collective. It’s not run by a company or a strict collective. It’s self-managed by the artists themselves. About 40 practitioners share the space. They co-rent and maintain it. This creates a democratic and inclusive environment. They call themselves “Khuli Khirkee”, which translates to “open window”.
