This council includes Pastor Newby and other dedicated members. They value joy and recognize the importance of acknowledging personal weaknesses.

The ICF has two locations one in the north and one in the south of Phnom Penh. They recently moved their southern location to the Lim Kim Noy Tower. This move accommodates their growing congregation. Services are conducted primarily in English. But the church is open to all regardless of background.
