Welcome to the East Timor Institute of Business, the largest private higher education institution in Timor-Leste! Founded in 2002 by the Klibur Mata Dalan ba Coopertiva Foundation, it’s grown into a vibrant hub for learning and development. You might be surprised to learn that the Institute has three campuses in Dili. Campus A sits proudly on Rua 6 de Setembro Akadiruhun, while Campus B is nestled on Rua Praia dos Coqueiros. And finally, there’s Campus C, found on Rua Manleuana Fomento 2 in Comoro. The IOB’s commitment to quality is evident in the international accreditation it received in 2009. This accomplishment was the result of a rigorous evaluation by a World Bank-appointed commission, composed of seven academics from six different countries! Today, the Institute offers courses in Economics, Business and Computer Technology, attracting over 3,700 students.
