The church itself dates back to the early 17th century. Its design echoes the grandeur of the Cartagena Cathedral. Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by a serene space. Three naves stretch out before you, defined by graceful arched columns and a traditional wooden ceiling. Look closely, and you’ll discover intricate artwork adorning the walls and a captivating altarpiece featuring a depiction of Purgatory. The Iglesia de la Trinidad is a silent sentinel, a reminder of the enduring power of faith and community in the face of change.
