By September of the following year, this fledgling congregation had blossomed to nearly 100 members. They moved into their newly constructed home at 1515 Bay Area Blvd, a space that would serve as their sanctuary for the next four decades. The House of Prayer Lutheran Church continued to grow, a reflection of the vibrant community it nurtured. In March 2005, the church embarked on a new chapter, moving to its current location at 14045 Space Center Blvd. The first service in this new space, held on March 13, 2005, marked a significant milestone. It was a testament to their enduring faith and their commitment to serving the Clear Lake area. Today, the House of Prayer Lutheran Church stands as a pillar of the community.
