Established in 1893 the Highland Park Presbyterian Church began as a mission church. It was a mission of the First Presbyterian Church of Detroit. Three years later a small chapel was built. The congregation grew to over two hundred members. The present building was constructed from 1910 to 1911. The Highland Park Presbyterian Church stands proudly at 14 Cortland Street. It sits at the intersection with Woodward Avenue in Highland Park Michigan. This magnificent structure is a testament to faith and community. Its Tudor Gothic style is breathtaking.
