This unique museum was the brainchild of entrepreneurs Ulrike Vohrer and Annette Berr from the FineArt-Print manufacturing company d’mage. With the support of d’mage, Hahnemühle, and Canon Germany, the Haus des Papiers continues to champion paper as a powerful artistic medium. They have long promoted paper art through initiatives like the “Paper Residency!” program and the prestigious Paper Art Award. The Haus des Papiers is more than a museum.
