In 1993, the university became part of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNUH). This was a period of significant change and growth. However, recognizing the need for a dedicated institution for teacher training, the Hanoi National University of Education regained its independence in 1999. Today, the Hanoi National University of Education offers a wide range of programs. It trains thousands of students annually, shaping the future educators and researchers of Vietnam.
