Established in 1961, Guangzhou University of Radio and Television has a rich history. Here at the Haizhu Campus, you’re standing on the grounds of one of the earliest provincial radio and television universities in China. Guangzhou University of Radio and Television was founded by the Guangzhou Municipal Government. Over the years, it has embraced lifelong learning and open education. The university strives to cultivate innovative, practical, and high-quality individuals. It uses various media for its distance education programs. These include radio, television, textbooks, and online resources. The university offers a range of bachelor’s degrees. These include Economics, Education and Teaching, Engineering, Finance and Banking, Humanities, and Management. Interestingly, the tuition fees for both international and domestic students are the same, around $1,940 per year. Guangzhou University of Radio and Television has three campuses: Luhu, Zhongshan four, and Xiao Yuan three. It aims to be a first-class open university for modern distance education.
