As you stand in front of Glad Tidings Church residence, it’s easy to imagine the scene in 1982. This very place was a humble starting point. Glad Tidings Church residence is a testament to the vision of Pastor Richmond Chiundiza. It all began right here, in the midst of the vibrant community of Highfield. Pastor Chiundiza, a pastor at the Christian Life Center, had a vision for a new fellowship. He started meeting with a small group of believers in the Highfield Secondary School hall. Driven by his passion and the Great Commission, the group shared their faith and witnessed to others in Highfield. The fellowship grew rapidly through evangelism and discipleship. Pastor Chiundiza planted several local churches. A few years after starting in humble beginnings, he established what is now known as Disciples in Action. This team of Apostles played a crucial role in planting and strengthening congregations across Zimbabwe.
