Here at Genesis A New Beginning Church we believe in the power and significance of the Church. We know the necessity of believers meeting regularly together. Jesus Christ is at the center of everything here at Genesis A New Beginning Church. We believe that Jesus is the only one who can reconcile us to God.
Genesis A New Beginning Church believes that Jesus lived a sinless and exemplary life. He died on the cross in our place. He rose again to prove His victory and empower us for life. We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.
At Genesis A New Beginning Church we believe in one eternal God. He is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.
Genesis A New Beginning Church stands firm that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives. We acknowledge that sin has separated each of us from God. Sin has also separated us from His purpose for our lives.
In order to receive forgiveness at Genesis A New Beginning Church you must have a fresh start with God. Repent of your sins. Believe in Jesus. Commit to His will for your lives.
Genesis A New Beginning Church believes in the verbal inspiration of the Bible. We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons. The Father the Son and the Holy Ghost.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father. He was conceived of the Holy Ghost. He was born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus was crucified buried and raised from the dead. He ascended to heaven. He is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor.
Genesis A New Beginning Church acknowledges that all have sinned. All have come short of the glory of God. Repentance is commanded of God for all. It is necessary for forgiveness of sins. Justification regeneration and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
Sanctification is subsequent to the new birth. It comes through faith in the blood of Christ. It comes through the Word and by the Holy Ghost. Holiness is to be God’s standard of living for His people.
Genesis A New Beginning Church knows the importance of Baptism with the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart. Speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance is vital. It is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost. We believe in water baptism by immersion. All who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost.
Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement at Genesis A New Beginning Church. We believe in the Lord’s Supper and washing of the saints’ feet. We know the importance of the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First to resurrect the righteous dead. Second to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. To reign on the earth a thousand years. We believe in the bodily resurrection. Eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.
