Perhaps Rolf and Robert Kuchling felt it inevitable. To establish their own gallery for fresh contemporary art was their dream. That dream became Galerie Kuchling. They grew up in the GDR. Art was defined and limited by the state back then. They knew the freedom to exhibit art was not naturally given. Galerie Kuchling utilizes this freedom.
Galerie Kuchling is a space for art and artists. The founders wanted to add something unique to Berlin. They sought new ways for new fresh art. Galerie Kuchling was founded in 2011 by brothers Robert and Rolf Kuchling. The motto is “Gallery for fresh art”. It presents contemporary international artists. Galerie Kuchling explores new unusual paths for art.
