Berlin’s newest district rises before us. Europacity is a testament to Berlin’s reinvention. It embodies the city’s economic dynamism.

Europacity spans roughly 60 hectares. It links directly to Berlin’s main station. This makes it the largest development area in Berlin’s center.

Once, this land was divided by railway tracks. It was a forgotten industrial heartland. Now, architects and investors are building a new urban center. Europacity is almost three times the size of Potsdamer Platz.

The River Spree and Washingtonplatz form the southern gateway. To the north, Europacity borders Perleberger Brücke. The Spandau Ship Canal marks the eastern edge. Railway tracks define the west.

Heidestrasse is the main thoroughfare. It is expanding into a vibrant boulevard. This street connects all parts of the quarter.

Europacity aims to be a thriving mixed-use quarter. It will blend residential, work, culture, and leisure spaces. This creates a lively district. Pedestrian-friendly roads and green spaces connect it to neighboring areas.

The main station provides excellent transport links. Regional and long-distance trains are readily available. Airports are quickly accessible.

Europacity has grown rapidly in recent years. TOUR TOTAL, the French oil company’s German headquarters, was completed in 2012. The InterCity Hotel opened in 2013. The Meininger and Steigenberger hotels soon followed. Monnet 4 and the John F. Kennedy Haus office buildings were finished in 2015. In early 2020, the cube berlin and MY.B office building were completed.

The eastern flank will be dominated by waterfront living. Terraces and large windows offer unique views of the Spree River. This singular location is perfect for high-quality living. It is close to the German parliament and cultural institutions.

Hamburger Bahnhof is nearby. It is Berlin’s premier destination for international art. Kunstcampus is also close. This building combines luxurious living with restaurants and international company offices.

New apartments and offices attract residents and investors. They seek attractive complexes in a prime city location. Business and living quality complement each other here.

Europacity is still growing. CA Immo Group is building two more high-rises. These are called Upbeat and High-rise on Europaplatz. Completion is scheduled for 2025 and 2023.

Europacity covers an area equal to more than 90 football pitches. By completion, around 8,600 people will live here. They will occupy more than 4,300 apartments.

Europacity is a testament to Berlin’s innovative spirit. It transforms a former wasteland into a modern urban center. It reshapes Berlin’s cityscape.
