Eoullim Forest opened in 2005. It spans approximately 495868.5 square meters. Imagine what was once a water treatment facility transformed into an eco-friendly haven. Seoul Forest consists of five themed parks.

First there is the Cultural and Arts Park. It has a gateball court and a forest playground. You can also find a family yard, a statue of a military horse, and a ground fountain.

Next comes the Eco Forest. It recreates a natural forest. Wild animals and plants coexist here.

Then there is the Wetland Eco Center. It offers eco-friendly wellness spaces. There is an environmental playground and an outdoor nature classroom.

The Experiential Learning Park is next. Discover the Keeper’s Forest and the Butterfly Garden. Also, there is an Insect Garden.

Lastly, the Hangang Riverside Park Project. It features the Seoul Forest Quay and bike paths. These additions transform Eoullim Forest into an even more attractive space.

In spring, cherry blossoms and tulips bloom. Families, couples, and friends enjoy outings. In the fall, music festivals fill the air amidst a cool breeze. Even in summer and winter, Eoullim Forest remains a bustling green haven.

Eoullim Forest has unique gardens. These include the Garden of Excitement and the Bee Garden. There is also the Bench Garden. They were added through donations from individuals and corporations.

Keep an eye out for the deer corral. It is a favorite spot for visitors. The river view is great. It connects to the Eungbongsan Palgakjeong Pavilion.

You can bring your pets to Eoullim Forest. Just ensure they do not inconvenience other visitors. Properly handle pet waste. Keep them on a leash within 2 meters.
