A dream held by Dr and Mrs Kaloo and Dr and Mrs Ghazalli. In 1987 they founded ELC Secondary School. It started small. Only five students and six teachers including the principal. One was for primary students. The other was for secondary students.
Then came the move to Sungai Buloh. In January 1997 ELC consolidated its operations. It moved into a new single campus. The official opening was a grand event. YB Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib bin Tun Hj Abdul Razak the Minister of Education graced the occasion. This marked a significant turning point. It showed the school’s commitment to providing a superior learning environment.
Success in Sungai Buloh fueled ambition. ELC’s reach expanded. In 2010 the Cyberjaya campus opened its doors. This campus started modestly but grew rapidly. It now stands tall amongst the region’s international schools. Both campuses share the same values. The same dedication. The same commitment to excellence.
