Is there a more powerful testament to faith than a church that has thrived for a century? Here at El Bethel Assemblies of God, on Staten Island’s Jewett Avenue, we find just that. El Bethel Assemblies of God has been a beacon of hope and spiritual guidance since 1923. This year, they celebrated an incredible milestone: 100 years of ministry. El Bethel Assemblies of God isn’t just a building. It is a vibrant community, deeply rooted in the Assemblies of God tradition. Their foundation rests on three pillars: a Bible-based doctrine, a Christ-centered mission, and a Spirit-filled worship experience. Led by Reverend Dr. Nelson Naicker, El Bethel Assemblies of God opens its doors to all who seek spiritual solace and community. Their Sunday service begins at 11:00 am, a time for collective prayer, reflection, and celebration of faith. But El Bethel Assemblies of God’s commitment extends beyond Sunday mornings. The church hosts intercession on Mondays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, offering a dedicated space for focused prayer. Tuesdays are even busier, with prayer meetings held twice, at 11:00 am and 7:00 pm, both in the church hall. El Bethel Assemblies of God’s century of service stands as a powerful symbol of resilience, faith, and community. It is a place where lives are transformed, spirits are renewed, and hope is kindled.
