In the aftermath of the genocide, the Anglican Church of Rwanda embarked on a program of spiritual healing, offering solace and support to countless Rwandans who had been traumatized by the horrors they had witnessed.
The \u00c9glise Anglicane Rwanda has grown considerably since its founding. It now operates under the Province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda and consists of 13 dioceses covering the entire country. Each diocese is led by a bishop.
